Vietnam-era helicopter wrecked in freak highway accident

Bad enough when you hear about classic cars getting wrecked on the road - at least they were in their element. When a classic warbird gets wrecked on the road in this manner, it's even sadder - compounded by the fact it was freshly restored and on its way to a Veterans' Day parade before being put in a museum:

While being towed down a highway in Tulsa, a cable holding down one of this UH-1 "Huey"'s rotor blades snapped, causing it to catch the air - and catch an overhead highway sign, with the above result.
