What could go wrong?
"Final arrangements of the deal have yet to be put into place, but a letter of intent has been signed by each automaker with a plan to finalize by year’s end. The deal will see AMG produce bespoke V8 engines for Aston Martin. In exchange, AMG parent company Daimler AG will take an up to five percent stake (of non-voting shares) in the British automaker."
At first I was like, "MB makes great engines, right? I mean, those AMG Black series cars throaty beasts.... We kind of like that Pagani Zonda, right?"
Then I read this part of the story....
"Notably absent is any indication of V12 engines, indicating the future of Aston Martin isn’t likely to include 12-cylinder power."
What does this mean for the future of the V12?
