I love old work vehicles that are still chugging along decades after they were written off by their original owners. There’s a certain dignity and honesty that I love in simple old cars that continue to do their stated purpose long after anyone could have predicted and just won’t die. Usually when I see something like this, it’s a Toyota pickup with 400,000 miles or a Datsun, or something similar. It isn’t often that I spot one that if cleaned up would be considered a classic now and worth more than many new cars. This is one of them.
