Years ago I was reading the information on the back of a bag of spicy pork rinds when I came across the management bio snippet. It said that the management team had something like more than 35 years combined in the pork rind business. Not the food industry and not just the snack industry, but specifically in the world of pork rinds. Really? Is there really that little crossover between senior staff in the pork rind business and other snack foods? Like I said, I found it funny...

Today it’s Spicy Buffalo for me. Good stuff. I tend to like anything with that Buffalo wing/Frank’s Red Hot flavour.
