A panel of my work truck floor just... Bent outwords? I guess the heavy diesel vibrations caused a weld to break (along with some rivets) and various internal forces in the metal caused it to bend in such a weird way. The panel is not thin either... My 200lb self exerting maximum force couldn’t pull the panel up—or down—even an inch.
It was rattling against the exhaust in such a way that people 3 blocks away stopped and stared. If not for my earbuds I would have been completely unable to drive, due to the sheer volume. The joys of a 450k mile vehicle...
Still loving the new gig though. So much so that I switched from 4 days a week to 6.
