I work in management, HR specifically, as a generalist (essentially). My degree is also in management. I’m slowly beginning to realize that I’m not only getting tired, but bored as well. My upbringing and experiences before graduating college involved creativity, art, exploration, and some spontaneity. While the structure is nice, I realize that I’m feeling complacent and uninspired with my career, and feel that I should’ve pursued a different major and/or should pursue a more creative and innovative industry and career path. My new job search has me focusing not only on STEM industries, but also with innovative companies.

That said, what do you do for a living? I’m trying to get insight as to what to look for/align myself with to shape my future. I need a bigger challenge, change, and creativty in my life.
