I personally think it's pretty ridiculous, the author is implying that all RWD vehicles will break traction on drive pavement randomly at any speed regardless of how much power it has, pretty irritating if you ask me, my first car was an E30 and it was a great car to learn to drive in, very linear powerband, very predictable, and very easy to drive.

I think that it would be better to say that people who think they are Formula D drivers should not get a RWD vehicle as their first car.
