Here on Jalopnik, we are all about the impractical. A quad-rotor swapped lifted all wheel drive Geo? That's the daily driver of 36% of all Jalops. (Disclaimer: statistics are completely made up by me but hopefully representative of the demographic) But how far are we willing to go in the opposite direction? What kind of boring, practical car would you actually want to drive?
Understandably, some of us are stuck with a Chevy Aveo that they would send straight off a cliff if they could. But what kind of practical everycar would you happily take in its' stead?
For me it would be a Civic from the early '90s. Vanilla but still lightweight and great.
