Did my first proper workout in years. I think my body is just held upright by fluid pressure and not muscle.

Squats - bar weight is enough.

Tried crunches on the incline bench, turns out my gut is all gut and no muscle.

Tried a dumbbell press, I can only do about 15-20lbs less than I used to do years ago.

Tried wide grip pull ups, I can’t do it at all without the assist machine.

But you know what? I still feel good for starting; I’ve been a sedentary blob for too long. Not fat, just useless, but I’m gonna try to change it.


Now, I’m gonna relax on my day off and binge watch The Crown.
