The Queen developed a short as I mentioned in my last post. I took apart the door panel to try and trace it, but I had no luck on that front. The problem area is definitely around the pass-through area, but it’s too cramped and with no way to quick-release the wiring harness to do a proper diagnosis, it’s something I can’t deal with.

I’ve pulled the fuse for the Driver Door Module to minimize the risks, but that has caused the Door Ajar light to come on, as well as the TPMS light to blink, and then go steady on.

Currently in the process of contacting Ford service shops to get a solid answer, but I am extremely skeptical that they can be straightforward with me. I wish there were certified Ford service shops that aren’t attached to a dealership.
