I made some mulch this afternoon with my cheap electric chipper that I got on Amazon a few years ago. I don’t know why, but feeding it sticks and seeing wood chips fly out the other end is so relaxing. I could do this all day. Anyway, here’s more pictures.

They smell like Kool-Aid and there are so many of them in the neighborhood that it hits you as soon as you open the door.  One of my favorite times of year, but I think in a few weeks when the bluebonnets are out is the best.

I’m really tempted to buy a gas one so that I don’t need to do as much prep work getting branches down to size, but I’m bit scared of the maintenance and the temptation to cut down way more than needed just to feed the chipper.
