I’ve been working from home for four weeks now. The first three weeks were busy. This week I had some extra time on my hands. So, I moved my computer to the garage and used my extra time to fiddle around with this and that. First, I built a new workbench.
Then, I took each wheel off of my Camaro one at a time to give them a thorough cleaning. I’ve always loved those wheels. The wheels on the GTI I think are just ok. I think the Camaro wheels, although too big, would look great on the GTI too. I might have to find a new set of rims for it eventually.
Finally, I discovered the that the new squeaking sound from the Camaro was coming from the A/C belt trying to escape. A new belt is on order. Only 26,000 miles, but eight years of age. I suppose that’s not too bad for a belt.
