Surely by now most of you have seen the worlds tiniest V12 that a Spanish craftsman created by his own hand. It is no doubt impressive, the level of planning, machining and attention to detail are phenomenal. But it looks to me like it could not possibly be operable. The cam gears are the exact size as the crank gear, which would mean there is a valve open during each stroke. This would not be possible in the 4 stroke internal combustion engine it claims to be. The three gears are easily visible to the left at about 3:09 and the assembled gear system is shown at 3:47. I tend to think there is a tank, pump or boiler not shown feeding the engine pressurized gas that makes it spin. Anyone have a better explanation?
