When customers shop for luxury cars like they’re shopping for a Toyota. I can’t tell you how many customers I have that only want to grind the price down to the lowest possible value, then complain that they didn’t get a “luxury experience”. No shit Sherlock! You came in like a wounded animal and called me every derogatory name under the sun. You wouldn’t let me give you a luxury experience!

And don’t even get me started on customers come to our dealership for a premium experience on the test drive, then go home and price shop the shit out of us online. I have no well wishes for those customers.
