It’s well after 1 am and I’m still awake. Alarm goes off at 5:30.

Melatonin, Valerian Root and Chamomile Tea wasn’t enough...

...at least I was smart enough to take a 2 hour nap when I got home from work.

I guess the anxiety has set in since I know I will have nasal surgery in the near future (chronic sinusitis due to deviated septum).

Just don’t know when.

...maybe this was what needed because I’m starting to nod off....
